Motivation
in humans is the driving force, both intrinsic and extrinsic, that we use to achieve our goals. Some think of motivation in terms of a “reward” or something that is tangible that is “gained” or “presented” after an action is completed. Others use self-improvement books, stress management, or even inspirational quotes as motivation to begin or continue a certain behavior. Motivation can come from oneself or from other people: oneself being intrinsic and extrinsic from other people.
